We offer email consultations, allowing you to send your questions directly to Dr Tomás Toledo, a specialist in Mohs surgery and skin cancer treatment.
This service is ideal if you would like an expert assessment of a recent diagnosis or need detailed guidance without travelling to an in-person appointment.
Consultations are available in Spanish, English and Italian. The fee is €70. This is a private service and is not covered by insurance.
How does it work?
1. Send your information: Describe your case and include photographs of the affected area, together with any previous or relevant medical reports.
2. Assessment and response: Dr Toledo will review your case and provide a detailed response within 24 hours, with clear, concise recommendations and prescriptions if needed.
3. Follow-up: You may ask further questions or request any clarification you need, provided these relate to the reason for your original consultation.
This type of consultation is ideal for:
– Second opinions on skin cancer diagnoses.
– Advice on treatment options, including Mohs surgery.
– Patients who live outside Seville and need to travel for surgery.
Please note: Dr Toledo does not perform cosmetic dermatology procedures or provide advice on them (hair removal, laser treatments, chemical peels, fillers, etc.), including when they are intended to correct concerns following surgery.

After payment, the doctor will contact you at the email address you provide within 24 working hours.
- A response sooner than 24 hours cannot be guaranteed. If you have a medical concern that requires immediate attention, please attend an emergency department.
- Please avoid selfies when taking photographs or videos. Use the main camera on your phone, approximately 10 cm away, against a neutral background. If the images are blurred, we will be unable to assess your case.

How soon will I receive a response after paying for my email consultation?
Dr Toledo will respond personally to your enquiry within 24 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Where will I receive the response to my email consultation?
The response will be sent to the email address you provide on the request form.
Can I obtain a prescription through this type of consultation?
Yes. If the doctor considers a prescription appropriate, it will be sent to you by email. However, the main purpose of these consultations is to provide second opinions or treatment advice for skin cancer.
